Webster Equity Partners Forms New OB/GYN Platform Through Acquisition 

Physician Growth Partners announced that Webster Equity Partners was creating a new OB/GYN practice with the acquisition and merger of Women’s HealthFirst and WomanCare.  Women’s HealthFirst is an OB/GYN practice with five locations in Illinois. Physician Growth Partners (PGP) announced that it advised on a Physician Medical Group (PMG) transaction. PGP advised Allergy & Asthma Associates of Michigan on its acquisition by Parallel ENT & Allergy Partners. The financial terms were not disclosed.  Allergy & Asthma Associates of Michigan is an ear, nose & throat (ENT) practice with one location in Royal Oak, Michigan.
