On November 14, The Carlyle Group announced that it was purchasing Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy from Sheridan Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount.  Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is a long-term care specialty pharmacy focused exclusively on serving the intellectual and developmental disability and behavioral health communities. Phreesia, Inc. announced on September 4 that it is acquiring AccessOne Parent Holdings, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries for aggregate consideration of $160 million in cash. AccessOne is a market leader in providing financing solutions for healthcare receivables, working with some of the largest health systems in the United States.
