AbbVie has acquired UK-based DJS Antibodies for $255 million. DJS Antibodies Ltd. is a biotechnology company dedicated to discovering and developing antibody medicines that target disease-causing proteins, such as G protein-coupled receptors. DJS’ lead program is DJS-002, a potential first-in-class lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 antagonist antibody currently in investigational preclinical studies for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and other fibrotic diseases. Alliance Consolidated Group of Companies announced on October 20 it has acquired a portfolio of four net-leased medical office buildings in central Florida. The properties, which total 25,483 square feet and are located in Winter Haven, Lake Wales, Inverness and Pinellas Park, Florida, are all operated by Florida Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers, a comprehensive dermatological center that specializes in general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and skin cancer treatments.
