Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. (MSPB), a portfolio company of private equity firm Ascend Partners, announced on April 10 that it acquired Palm Beach Digestive Associates (PBDA). PBDA is a premier gastroenterology practice and colonoscopy clinic run by 12 providers. It has five offices in Florida, serving the Ft. Lauderdale and Boca Raton MSAs.
