Walz Kraft Acquires Two-Property Women’s Healthcare Portfolio in Atlanta Area

Chicago-based Walz Kraft, formerly known as Walz Capital, has announced its acquisition of a medical outpatient portfolio in the Atlanta MSA for an undisclosed price. The acquired assets include two medical outpatient buildings, totaling 9,800 square feet. The properties are fully occupied by The Women’s Center, PC, who has been serving the Atlanta area since 2003. The properties are located in Stockbridge and Conyers, Georgia.
