H2 Health acquires Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy 

H2 Health announced its entrance into the state of North Carolina with the acquisition of Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy. The financial terms were not disclosed.  Greg Ott Center for Physical Therapy provides physical therapy services out of four North Carolina locations.  H2 Health, a portfolio company of private equity firm Grant Avenue Capital, LLC, provides physical therapy and rehabilitation services in eight states. U.S. Physical Therapy Expands Physical Therapy Network  

On October 2, U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (USPH) announced it acquired two physical therapy practices for a combined $13.9 million. USPH acquired a 70% equity interest in both practices with the current practice owners retaining 30% equity interests.  The two physical therapy practices are located in Colorado and Alaska. Ivy Rehab, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Waud Capital Partners, has announced a partnership with Physical Therapy and Sports Injury Rehabilitation (PTSIR).  Established in 1976, PTSIR is one of the nation’s oldest physical and occupational therapy practices based in the Greater Chicago area.  Founded in 2003, Ivy Rehab is a network of outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy and ABA clinics throughout the United States.  The acquisition of PTSIR expands Ivy Rehab’s footprint in the Chicago MSA.
