Sight360 Acquires the practice of Larry Goldberg
Sight360, a portfolio company of SBJ Capital, acquired the ophthalmology practice of Larry Goldberg. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Led by Larry Goldberg, MD, the practice has one location in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Goldberg has practiced for 30 years and specializes in cataract and intraocular lens surgery, glaucoma treatment and dry eye therapy.
