OneOncology, a portfolio company of TPG Capital and AmerisourceBergen, announced that it strengthened its presence in South Carolina with the acquisition of Anderson Area Cancer Center.   Anderson Area Cancer Center offers patients high quality, personalized healthcare close to their own home, including infusion, clinical trials, in-office drug dispensing and lab services. Sharecare Enters Into Definitive Agreement to be Acquired by Altaris

Atlanta, Georgia-based Sharecare announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Altaris Capital Partners. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 116th eHealth transaction of 2024, and the 13th in the patient engagement specialty.
