Allied OMS acquired Paramount Oral Surgery. The deal brings Allied OMS into the New York market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paramount Oral Surgery, based in the New York City borough of Staten Island, provides oral and maxillofacial services including wisdom teeth removal, dental implants and full mouth restoration. Headquartered in Southlake, Texas, Allied OMS has 36 surgeons serving patients out of 29 locations across California, Colorado, New York, Oregon, and Texas. Sight360, a portfolio company of SBJ Capital, acquired the ophthalmology practice of Larry Goldberg.
