Spire Orthopedic Partners has acquired Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County and The Surgery Center at Orthopedic Associates. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1975, Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County has 24 subspecialty-trained physicians practicing across five locations and an ambulatory surgery center (The Surgery Center at Orthopedic Associates). United Musculoskeletal Partners Acquires All-Star Orthopaedics, OrthoTexas

United Musculoskeletal Partners (UMP) has acquired All-Star Orthopaedics and OrthoTexas Physicians and Surgeons, PLLC​​. The two practices bring UMP to 223 physicians and 372 providers across Texas, Georgia and Colorado. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. For more than 25 years, All-Star Orthopaedics has provided care to patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It has four locations. OrthoCincy Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine announced on February 6 that it acquired Ortho Louisville Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. The deal went into effect on January 1, 2023, and Ortho Louisville began operating as a division of OrthoCincy. This acquisition brings OrthoCincy footprint to 45 doctors, 23 physician assistants and nine nurse practitioners with more than 560 total staff. Dental Care Alliance, LLC (DCA), a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, announced that it acquired KidZdent.  This brings DCA’s footprint in New Jersey to 19 allied practices, and DCA’s total footprint to more than 390 allied practices across the United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Run by Dr. Cavan Brunsden and Dr. Nancy Villa, KidZdent offers orthodontic services in addition to family and pediatric dentistry. Swiss Dental Services (SDS) announced that it acquired two dental clinics in London, England. The purchase price was not disclosed. Growthink Capital advised SDS on the transaction. SDS provides specialist dentist services concentrating on advanced total oral rehabilitation, with dental implants the most common solution. It is headquartered in Porto, Portugal and operates from 11 clinics across Portugal, Spain and France. SME Capital provided acquisition financing.
