Dermatology Partners has acquired Family Dermatology of the Lehigh Valley. As of February 6, 2023, Dr. Susan J. Kucirka will transition from Family Dermatology of the Lehigh Valley to Dermatology Partners – Schnecksville. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Schnecksville, Pennsylvania-based Family Dermatology of the Lehigh Valley treats diseases of the skin, hair and nails, such as acne, warts, eczema and psoriasis. U.S. Foot & Ankle Specialists, a portfolio company of private equity firm NMS Capital, has acquired three podiatry practices. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Acquired in the deal was Mid-West Podiatry & Associates, which has four locations in the St. Louis MSA. Mid-West Podiatry & Associates is equipped to treat a full range of foot and ankle conditions, ranging from ingrown toenails, bunions, calluses and warts, to chronic conditions that include plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, ankle sprains and more. Gen4 Dental Partners has acquired Nelson and Tillmann Family Dentistry and Oquirrh Mountain Dental. Terms of the deals were not disclosed. Murray, Utah-based Nelson and Tillmann Family Dentistry’s services include wisdom teeth removal, teeth whitening, dental implants and root canal. Los Angeles-based Unity MSK announced on January 24 that it acquired Orthopaedic Associates of Riverside, LLC. With the addition of this partnership, Unity MSK now has seven Chicago MSA locations that provide orthopedic and podiatric medical care to commercial, Medicare and workers compensation patients.
