Capital announced on June 26 that one of its affiliates acquired Advanced Dental Brands, LLC (ADB) for an undisclosed price.  DC Advisory served as financial advisor, and Akerman LLP served as legal counsel to H.I.G. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as financial advisor, and Eskow Law Group, LLC served as legal counsel to ADB.
