It operates four locations in New Jersey and one in Pennsylvania. CLS Health, formerly known as Clear Lake Specialties, has finalized the acquisition of Southeast Houston Cardiology. The acquisition extends CLS Health’s geographical reach in the Houston MSA. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 388th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, 24 of them in the cardiology specialty.
