Golden State Dermatology Acquires California Skin Surgery Center
Golden State Dermatology (GSD), a portfolio company of growth capital private equity firm, Sorenson Capital, announced that it acquired California Skin Surgery Center. California Skin Surgery Center is operated by Dr. Gregory M. Bricca, who works out of one location in Roseville, California. GSD is physician-owned and led and is rapidly growing with more than 35 locations more than 100 providers across California. In fact, it’s considered one of the less active subsectors, averaging approximately 8% of the PMG totals.
