Woodlands Cancer Institute is AON’s second practice in Texas and first in Montgomery County. Headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, Woodlands Cancer Institute is a community-based radiation oncology and hematology practice providing treatment for patients diagnosed with all types of cancer and blood disorders. MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, announced on March 21 that it expanded its foothold in Texas with the acquisition of Dental Wellness of Anna. Dental Wellness of Anna operates out of one location in Anna, Texas and, according to its website, has two providers on staff. Arches Medical Partners Acquires 11 Internal Medicine Practices
On March 20, Arches Medical Partners announced that it purchased 11 internal medicine practices in Rhode Island from VillageMD. The 11 practices employ a total 55 providers, according to the original press release. Arches Medical Partners, founded in 2023, is a medical group management company. It is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This transaction is Arches’ first acquisition since it was formed. Sidley Austin provided Arches with legal representation. Terms were not disclosed.
