Dental365, backed by private equity firm The Jordan Company, announced it acquired The Art of Dentistry and Spa. The Art of Dentistry and Spa is a dental practice in Somerset, New Jersey. The practice offers dental services such as oral surgery, custom dentures and general and cosmetic dentistry. According to its website, the practice has seven providers on staff. Tindall Orthodontics Partners with Southern Orthodontic Partners

Southern Orthodontic Partners (SOP) announced that it was expanding its presence in Kansas with the acquisition of Tindall Orthodontics. TUSK Partners advised Tindall Orthodontics in this transaction. The financial terms were not disclosed. Tindall Orthodontics is based in Manhattan, Kansas and, according to its website, has one provider on staff: Dr. Mark Tindall. Smile Doctors, LLC, a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners, announced on July 24 that it entered into an agreement to acquire four dental practices.   Otto Orthodontics offers orthodontic care from five locations in Missouri; Wentzville, St. Peters, Fenton, St. Louis and Creve Coeur. Heartland Dental announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Vanderbilt Estates Dental for an undisclosed price.   Vanderbilt Estates Dental is based in Naples, Florida and provides preventative dentistry, emergency dentistry and restorative dentistry.
