Align ENT + Allergy, a portfolio company of New York-based investment firm Zenyth Partners, announced that it was expanding its services in the Greater Philadelphia area with the acquisition of Vernose & McGrath ENT Associates. The financial terms were not disclosed. Vernose & McGrath ENT Associates is an ear, nose & throat (ENT) practice that offers otolaryngology, facial plastic surgery and head and neck surgery services.
