MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners, announced on March 21 that it expanded its foothold in Texas with the acquisition of Dental Wellness of Anna. Dental Wellness of Anna operates out of one location in Anna, Texas and, according to its website, has two providers on staff. The facility spans 3,030 square feet, featuring 11 state-of-the-art operation rooms. MB2 Dental Solutions partners with dentists and specialists. Arches Medical Partners Acquires 11 Internal Medicine Practices
On March 20, Arches Medical Partners announced that it purchased 11 internal medicine practices in Rhode Island from VillageMD. The 11 practices employ a total 55 providers, according to the original press release. Arches Medical Partners, founded in 2023, is a medical group management company. It is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This transaction is Arches’ first acquisition since it was formed. Sidley Austin provided Arches with legal representation. Terms were not disclosed. Panoramic Health announced on March 19 that it entered into an agreement to partner with The Kidney and Hypertension Center (KHC). KHC is one of the largest independent nephrology practices in Cincinnati, Ohio. According to its website, the practice has 34 physicians and 11 nurse practitioners on staff.
