On October 29, MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners since February 2021, announced that it acquired four dental practices. Cypress Creek Dental, a cosmetic and family dentistry practice, operates out of one location in Florence, Alabama. According to its website, the dental practice has two physicians on staff: Drs.
