Hartford Healthcare Acquires Urgent Care Network in Connecticut

One of the major health systems in Connecticut has expanded its urgent care network. Partnering with Go-Health Urgent Care for the deal, Hartford Healthcare has purchased Branford, Connecticut-based Stony Creek Ventures LLC and its two urgent care facilities in Branford and Orange. Go-Health Urgent Care is an on-demand consumer-centric care platform that serves as the digital and physical front door to the healthcare ecosystem. It has locations in 14 states. Dallas-based Dynamic Access, LLC has acquired Complete Intravenous Access Services, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Dynamic Access, founded in 2004, provides services in 21 states for more than 3,000 healthcare facilities. Complete Intravenous Access Services has been providing vascular access services to healthcare facilities for nearly 30 years in Pittsburgh, eastern Ohio and the surrounding areas. Concentra Acquires NOHS in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Concentra, a division of Select Medical, announced the acquisition of National Occupational Health Services (NOHS) and its medical center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which will now be called Concentra Tulsa East 41st Street.
