Florida, announced that it acquired a medical outpatient building (MOB) located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.  The Merion Building is a 71,800-square-foot Class A MOB. HREA Closes Sale of Overland Park, Kansas Medical Outpatient Building Portfolio 

HREA | Healthcare Real Estate Advisors (HREA), based in Raleigh, North Carolina, reported on April 14 that it closed on the sale of an Overland Park, Kansas medical outpatient building (MOB) portfolio. Neither the buyer nor the financial terms were disclosed.   The MOB consists of three single-tenant buildings that are 100% leased and occupied by College Park Family Care, a multi-specialty group that is a part of HCA Healthcare. BayPine LP announced on April 14 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CenExel Clinical Research, Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah. On April 4, PharmaLogic, a portfolio company of Webster Capital and MedEquity Capital, announced that it acquired Agilera Pharma AS. The seller was Insitute for Energy Technology (IFE), a Norwegian company that conducts research on nuclear energy.  Agilera Pharma AS was established as a subsidiary of IFE in 2023. On March 31, Brown Gibbons Lang & Company announced the sale of a Dermatology Associates of Georgia (DAG) medical outpatient building (MOB) portfolio. The buyer was TM Medical Properties, LLC.  The DAG portfolio has locations in Decatur, Suwanee and Monroe, Georgia. DAG offers a full range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services.
