Gruppo San Donato announced on August 25 its acquisition of American Heart of Poland, a health clinic with various locations across Poland. GKSD partnered with Gruppo San Donato for this transaction. American Heart of Poland manages more than 20 medical centers specializing in cardiology, cardio-surgery and vascular surgery. Gruppo San Donato is Italy’s largest private healthcare group with 56 medical sites. It has more than 5,500 beds. The Penn State Health St. Joseph downtown properties in Reading, Pennsylvania are located at 604 Walnut Street and 145 North 6th Street. Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern Pennsylvania, an acute care behavioral health hospital, is housed on the third floor of the North 6th Street property.
