Newport Beach, California-based TriasMD has announced its acquisition of Thousand Oaks Surgery Center.  Thousand Oaks Surgery Center is an AAAHC-accredited, Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery center (ASC) In Thousand Oaks, California. The facility features four operating rooms, five private pre-op rooms, 11 recovery bays and two overnight suites for patients staying 23 hours or less.  TriasMD is a musculoskeletal management company. NewStreet Properties Acquires East Mesa ASC 

NewStreet Properties, based in Omaha, Nebraska, announced on March 20 that it acquired an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in East Mesa, Arizona. The property is located next to Banner Baywood Medical Center and was built in 2002.  NewStreet Properties is a real estate investment firm. According to its website, as of March 2024, it owns more than 2.8 million commercial square feet and has more than $1 billion assets under management.  The original press release notes that New Street Properties has plans to expand the property by building a 5,214-square-foot addition to the current ASC. HCA-Operated Surgery Ventures Acquires 2 ASCs in North Texas

Surgery Ventures, operated by Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA Healthcare, has acquired majority stakes in two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in North Texas and will manage day-to-day operations at both facilities. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Both of the ASCs are affiliated with Dallas-based Medical City Healthcare, which is now affiliated with 15 ASCs in North Texas. The first ASC being acquired is Medical City Surgery Center of North Texas in Anna, Texas, formerly known as Surgery Center of North Texas, which has 14 physician partners. Surgery Partners, Inc., backed by Bain Capital, announced that it has expanded its ambulatory surgery center (ASC) presence with the acquisition of Nevada Surgical Suites (NSS).  NSS founded in 2009 by Dr. Alain Coppel, is a portfolio of ASCs affiliated with the premier provider of outpatient interventional pain management in Nevada. Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon Acquire Torrington ASC

JLL Capital Markets announced that Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon entered an agreement to acquire a 37,854-square-foot ambulatory surgical center (ASC) and outpatient medical building in Torrington, Connecticut. JLL represented Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon in the transaction.
