DMS Health Technologies Purchases Advanced Imaging Management
DMS Health Technologies announced on March 8 that it acquired League City, Texas-based Advanced Imaging Management (AIM). The combined company’s fleet includes a collection of mobile MRI, CT and nuclear medicine systems deployed throughout North America. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AIM is veteran-owned and certified by the Veterans Administration. In 2013, AIM was the federal government’s largest diagnostic imaging provider. Spectrum Solutions, backed by private equity firm DW Healthcare Partners, announced on March 7 its acquisitions of Alimetrix, Inc. and Microarrays, Inc., both of which are based in Huntsville, Alabama. Clarapath announced on February 27 its acquisition of Mountain View, California-based Crosscope.
