KKR-Backed Company Acquires Trumpet Behavioral Health 

BlueSprig Pediatrics announced that it entered an agreement to acquire Trumpet Behavioral Health.  Trumpet Behavioral Health offers evidence-based behavioral health services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. It is based in Lakewood, Colorado and operates 37 locations in seven states, according to its website.  WindRose Health Investors, a private equity firm based in New York City, was the seller.   Backed by KKR, BlueSprig Pediatrics is a provider of autism therapy. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 62nd Behavioral Health Care (BHC) acquisition of the year.
