Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. announced on March 28 that it has recently completed the acquisitions of three comprehensive treatment centers (CTC) in North Carolina. The CTCs are located in Raleigh, Greenville and Hillsborough, North Carolina. Acadia is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services across the United States. Hightop Health announced on February 22 the acquisition of Roots Behavioral Health (RBH) in Austin, Texas. Founded in 2016, RBH is a family-owned behavioral health clinic. RBH offers various evidence-based treatment modalities under one roof including ketamine therapy, psychotherapy and medication management. The Nord Center Merges with The LCADA Way 

The Nord Center announced on January 12 that it was merging with The LCADA Way, in a transaction that will form a $45 million organization.  The LCADA Way is a non-profit behavioral health center that treats substance use disorder in Lorain, Ohio. It offers a 24/7 crisis information hotline.  The Nord Center is a mental health provider based out of Lorain, Ohio. It provides services for mental health emergencies, sexual assault and behavioral health crises.  Once the merger is complete on July 1, 2024, the combined company will employ about 425 people and operates about a dozen locations, according to a news release.
