Kyyba Inc./Kyyba Tech has acquired Viki Technologies in a deal involving companies based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition advances Kyyba’s plan of growing its healthcare capabilities through acquisitions. Until it is fully integrated with Kyyba, Viki Technologies’ leadership team noted the firm will continue to offer marketing and consulting services to current clients to ensure continued quality service and to prevent any disruption of service.
Viki Technologies is a specialist healthcare technology provider. Its services include managing hospitals as enterprises, providing decision support systems and care pathways that improve diagnosis and treatment.
Kyyba is a global technology and consulting services partner providing deep-domain technology solutions to the healthcare, government, financial and automotive industries.
