McLeod Physician Associates announced that it acquired Florence Neurosurgery and Spine Center for an undisclosed price.
Operating out of two locations in Florence, South Carolina, Florence Neurosurgery and Spine Center is run by eight providers and a support team of five employees.
McLeod Physician Associates’ network comprises seven hospitals with locations in Florence, Darlington, Dillon, Manning, Cheraw, Loris and Little River, South Carolina. It provides an array of specialized services in heart and vascular treatment, cancer, surgery, orthopedics as well as women’s and children’s health.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 103rd Physician Medical Groups deal and the 10th orthopedic acquisition of the year.
