DMS Health Technologies announced on March 8 that it acquired League City, Texas-based Advanced Imaging Management (AIM). The combined company’s fleet includes a collection of mobile MRI, CT and nuclear medicine systems deployed throughout North America. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
AIM is veteran-owned and certified by the Veterans Administration. In 2013, AIM was the federal government’s largest diagnostic imaging provider. It has a full range of MRI, CT, PETCT, ultrasound, C-ARM, nuclear medicine, digital mammography, CR, DR, bone density and portable x-ray equipment.
DMS Health Technologies owns and operates a full line of mobile MRI, CT, Cath Lab, PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine equipment to meet all diagnostic imaging needs. It is based in Fargo, North Dakota.
