MB2 Dental Solutions announced that it acquired three dental practices.
The practice of Robert Wheeler, DDS operates out of one location in La Cañada Flintridge, California. Aloha Dental has one office in Las Vegas and is run by two dentists. Aspire Dental operates out of its Henderson, Nevada, location and is run by three dentists. Aloha Dental and Aspire Dental are both owned by Dr. Chris Capener.
These acquisitions expand MB2 Dental’s foothold in California and Nevada. The deals represent MB2 Dental’s fifth and sixth transactions of 2023. In 2022, MB2 Dental completed 41 deals.
MB2 Dental Solutions, a portfolio company of middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners since February 2021, partners with dentists and specialists. Founded in 2007, MB2 offers general dentistry services, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, these transactions mark the 87th and 88th Physician Medical Group deals in 2023, 23 of them in the dental specialty.
