West Haven, Connecticut-based BioTouch has acquired Titan Solutions, which is located in Shannon, Ireland. The acquisition will expand the international capabilities of BioTouch and enhance its position as a global leader in healthcare supply chain management, providing solutions for more than 160 countries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Titan Solutions is a supply chain solutions provider to a range of industry verticals including life science.
BioTouch offers technology and customized software that allows for real-time ordering and tracking of courier and specimen locations and route optimization.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the fifth Healthcare Product Distributor deal of 2023.
