Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based Wellness Coaches has announced its acquisition of Corporate Health Solutions (CHS) in Jamison, Pennsylvania.
Wellness Coaches has acquired all CHS client contracts, personnel, technology and intellectual property to enhance its health and well-being offerings and ensure a seamless transition for CHS customers. CHS’ customers will have access to a wider range of clinical and well-being services from a single provider. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
For more than two decades, CHS has been a provider of healthcare solutions to employers. Offerings include biometric testing, health coaching, health assessments and physician consulting services.
Wellness Coaches is a tech-enabled wellness, nutrition and injury prevention service provider, utilizing both on-site and virtual expertise to help employers increase engagement, improve population health, mitigate safety risks and reduce healthcare and workers’ compensation costs. Founded in 2002, Wellness Coaches serves 350,000 employees across more than 500 employer locations throughout the U.S.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the seventh occupational health transaction of 2023. There were 10 occupational health deals reported in 2022.
