Boston Children’s Health Physicians (BCHP) announced on December 20 that it acquired four pediatric primary care practices.
Personal Pediatrics has one location in Miller Place, New York and is run by four providers. Based in Mamaroneck, New York, Harrison Pediatrics is run by two providers. Riverdale Pediatrics has one location in the Bronx, New York. The practice is run by two providers. The practice of Alain Le Guillou, MD has one location in Larchmont, New York.
A subsidiary of Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Health Physicians is a large multi-specialty group with more than 300 clinicians. BCHP offers a full range of care to families in more than 55 practices throughout New York’s Metropolitan Area, the Hudson Valley and Connecticut.
These new partnerships allow BCHP to elevate the care provided to patients and families throughout the region. The financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
According to data captured from the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 596th Physician Medical Groups transaction of 2022, 27 of them in the internal medicine specialty.
