Sonrava Health has acquired Sahara Dental Center and Las Vegas Smile Center.
Sahara Dental Center and Las Vegas Smile Center have been serving the Las Vegas area for more than 15 years with specialized teams focused on general dentistry, orthodontics and reconstructive dental care.
Sonrava Health, through its affiliates, is a dental support organization supporting care for approximately 4 million patient visits annually in more than 582 affiliated offices across 20 states.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this was the 182nd dental practice transaction of 2022. This compares to 79 dental practice deals reported between January 1, 2021, and November 18, 2021.
