Headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, Radiation Physics & Engineering offers diagnostic medical physics services to healthcare and environmental companies across Arizona, New Mexico and the Southwest.
Apex Physics Partners, a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital, is a medical physics business services support organization. Partner physics practices receive an array of support services including client services, information technology and data analytics.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
