Vantaa, Finland-based Pamark Business Oy is a distributor of cleaning and facility supplies, medical consumables and medical devices to the private and public sectors in Finland.
Molndal, Sweden-based OptiGroup is a distribution group supporting more than 105,000 customers primarily in the cleaning and facility management, hotel and restaurant, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
