Smile Doctors, LLC announced on November 11 that during Q3:22 it acquired eight orthodontic practices.
The practices acquired are Graham Orthodontics in Salt Lake City, Utah; Whitlock Orthodontics in Springdale and Fort Smith, Arkansas; Roanoke Valley Orthodontics in Roanoke and Rocky Mount, Virginia; Fruge Orthodontics in Baton Rouge and Gonzales, Louisiana; Prairie Ridge Orthodontics in Owatonna and Zumbrota, Minnesota; Boren Orthodontics in Midland, Texas; Belli and Streit Orthodontics in Kent, Ohio; and Dr. Jill Bruno Orthodontics in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Smile Doctors, a portfolio company of Linden Capital Partners since 2017, is an orthodontic dental support organization with more than 350 locations in 27 states.
With the addition of these eight practices, Smile Doctors adds 13 doctors and two new states (Arkansas and Utah) to its network. Smile Doctors now operates 27 orthodontic practices. The financial terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this marks the 180th dental acquisition of the year.
