Fairfield Advisors announced that it facilitates the sale of a 17,000-square-foot medical office building in Des Moines, Iowa. The buyer in the transaction was not disclosed. The purchase price is $4.35 million, or $255 per square foot.
The building, built in 2009, is anchored by MercyOne, one of the largest hospital systems in Iowa. MercyOne provides a range of services including pediatric urgent care and imaging.
This is the fourth transaction Fairfield Advisors has worked on this year.
