Sight360, a portfolio company of SBJ Capital, acquired the ophthalmology practice of Larry Goldberg. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Led by Larry Goldberg, MD, the practice has one location in St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Goldberg has practiced for 30 years and specializes in cataract and intraocular lens surgery, glaucoma treatment and dry eye therapy.
Sight360 provides integrated vision care services, including ophthalmology, optometry, optical services and related surgeries at 18 locations in the Tampa, Florida region.
This acquisition strengthens Sight360’s presence in Florida and marks Sight360’s second acquisition of the year. Previously, Sight360 purchased the Tampa-based Prado Vision Center.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 79th eye care transaction of 2022, and the 9th of the fourth quarter.
