One GI announced on November 7 that it acquired Gastroenterology and Hepatology Specialists, a gastroenterology practice in Canton, Ohio. Bayshore Growth Partners served as the exclusive financial adviser to Gastroenterology & Hepatology Specialists.

Gastroenterology and Hepatology Specialists operates out of one location and has three providers.
This acquisition marks One GI’s fourth of the year. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 516th Physician Medical Groups (PMG) acquisition of 2022, 24 in the gastroenterology subsector. In addition to One GI, some of the more active buyers in the gastroenterology space include Gastro Health and GI Alliance.
