ENT Specialty Partners announced on October 21 that it acquired White Rock ENT. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2020, ENT Specialty Partners (ESP) is an ENT physician-led organization. The ESP practice community includes 22 ENT physicians, 19 audiologists, 10 advanced practice providers and support staff providing services in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, audiology and allergy treatments.
White Rock ENT has served patients in White Rock, Lakewood, East Dallas, Texas, and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. The practice provides ENT, allergy, hearing and voice treatments for pediatric and adult patients.
According to the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition is the seventh ear, nose & throat (ENT) practice to be purchased in 2022 and the third of Q4:22. Southern Ear Nose Throat & Allergy Partners, (SENTA) a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, has been the most active acquirer in the ENT space this year with three transactions.
