Innovaccer Inc. has acquired the assets of CaduceusHealth, a revenue cycle management (RCM) services provider, to expand its Flow suite into full end-to-end revenue cycle operations for ambulatory care. The deal creates what Innovaccer describes as the first AI-native platform unifying scheduling, patient engagement and complete RCM in a single layer. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, CaduceusHealth manages provider billing, claims and denial resolution across thousands of practices, dozens of specialties,and major electronic health record systems. The company’s U.S.-based team serves nearly 4,000 providers and handles approximately $5 billion in gross patient charges annually.

Innovaccer is a data platform that uses analytics and transparent data to unify patient data across systems and care settings. The San Francisco-based company is a portfolio company of Toronto, Canada-based private equity firm OMERS Private Equity.

According to the original deal press release from May 21, 2026, this marks Innovaccer’s fifth acquisition and strengthens its position in delivering autonomous healthcare operations. The acquisition brings CaduceusHealth’s ambulatory RCM expertise and client relationships directly into Innovaccer’s agentic revenue cycle platform. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 88th eHealth acquisition of 2026, and the 19th in the RCM specialty. There were 55 RCM deals in 2025, which made up approximately 17% of the 301 eHealth deals announced throughout the year.
