U.S. Oral Surgery Management (USOSM), an Irving, Texas-based management services organization focused exclusively on oral and maxillofacial surgery practices, announced a partnership with Hudson Valley Oral Surgery PLLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The affiliation expands USOSM’s footprint in the Northeast and adds a three-location OMS practice serving the Hudson Valley region, including offices in Yorktown Heights, Fishkill and Newburgh.
Hudson Valley Oral Surgery is led by Ali Payami, DMD, MD, a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. The practice provides full-scope OMS services, including surgical and reconstructive procedures.
USOSM, a portfolio company of Oak Hill Capital Partners, supports a national network of oral and maxillofacial surgery practices spanning 31 states through its management services organization structure.
The transaction reflects continued consolidation activity within specialty dental and oral surgery services, where MSO-backed platforms are pursuing regional density and physician partnership growth strategies. USOSM has continued to expand nationally through affiliations with independent OMS practices across key metropolitan and suburban markets.
