JoyBridge Kids expanded into adult services through the acquisition of two clinics formerly operated by A Bridge To Achievement, marking the autism services provider’s entry into adult-focused care. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal broadens JoyBridge Kids’ service offerings beyond pediatric autism therapy and into adult autism services, reflecting an increasing demand for continuity-of-care models serving individuals with autism into adulthood.

JoyBridge, a portfolio company of private equity firm Frontline Healthcare Partners, is a clinic-based applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy provider with supplemental services in speech and occupational therapy. It also offers feeding and physical therapies, as well as counseling and psychological testing.

This is also JoyBridge’s first deal of the year.

The transaction reflects broader consolidation trends within behavioral health and autism services, where providers are increasingly pursuing acquisitions to expand service lines, geographic reach and payer relationships. Private equity-backed autism therapy platforms have continued scaling through add-on acquisitions as demand for ABA and long-term developmental support services rises nationwide.
