Lone Peak Dental Group expanded its Arizona footprint through the acquisition of AZ Family & Kid’s Dental, a Phoenix-based pediatric and family dental practice. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AZ Family & Kid’s Dental operates multiple locations across the Phoenix metro area and provides pediatric, family and general dentistry services. The addition aligns with Lone Peak’s strategy of partnering with community-based pediatric and family dental providers, particularly in underserved and high-growth markets.
Founded in 2003, Lone Peak Dental Group supports more than 75 offices across 14 states through a dental partnership organization model that emphasizes local clinical autonomy and operational support. The organization has continued expanding nationally through acquisitions and affiliations, backed by strategic investment from BlackRock Impact Opportunities Fund in 2024.
This acquisition brings Lone Peak’s presence to five offices in the Phoenix and Mesa region. This is also Lone Peak’s first deal of the year.
