Center for Vein Restoration (CVR), part of the Cortec Group, expanded into the Pacific Northwest through the addition of Inovia Vein Specialty Centers. This marks the physician-led vein care platform’s first entry into Oregon and Washington. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded by Drs. Edward Boyle and Andrew Jones, Inovia provides outpatient treatment for chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, lymphedema and related vascular conditions. This affiliation adds six clinic locations and eight board-certified specialists across Oregon and Southwest Washington, expanding CVR’s footprint to more than 120 locations. This is CVR’s first acquisition since it purchased Vein Specialists of the Carolinas in 2024.
