Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (IKS Health), announced on April 23 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TruBridge, Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, TruBridge shareholders will receive $26.25 in cash for each share of common stock. An exact upfront purchase price was not disclosed, but multiple sources have reported the deal at an enterprise value of approximately $600 million.

TruBridge is a prominent provider of healthcare technology solutions for rural and community hospitals. Backed by more than 45 years of healthcare experience and trusted by more than 1,500 clients nationwide, TruBridge offers a mix of technology, services and strategic expertise, including revenue cycle management (RCM), electronic health records and analytics. According to its most recent annual filing, TruBridge reported a full-year (FY) 2025 total revenue of $346.8 million, and FY 2025 adjusted EBITDA of $68.7 million.

IKS Health is a clinical documentation, coding and revenue tech company headquartered in New York City. Founded in 2006, the 6,500-member strong workforce at IKS Health includes more than 1,200 physicians and more than 300 technology experts, supporting large health systems across the United States.

The acquisition is expected to close during the third calendar quarter of 2026. IKS will finance the acquisition primarily through the incurrence of new indebtedness, including a term loan underwritten by CitibankJPMorganChase and Deutsche Bank, which is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions.

Post closing, the combined company will deliver continuous improvement and connected workflows to the core of rural healthcare and to medical groups overall, combining agentic artificial intelligence with human-in-the-loop expertise to proactively address complex operational challenges.

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 73rd eHealth acquisition of 2026, and the 15th in the RCM specialty. There were 55 RCM deals in 2025, which made up approximately 17% of the 301 eHealth deals announced throughout the year.
