On April 21, Intune Physical Therapy reported that it acquired Nesin Physical Therapy.
Nesin Physical Therapy is a four-location physical therapy practice serving the greater Huntsville, Alabama market. It was founded in 1987.
Intune Physical Therapy is a leader in outpatient physical therapy, focused on delivering personalized, evidence-based care while supporting clinicians and community-based practices through sustainable growth. Intune is a portfolio company of Highland Ventures, a family-owned, national venture management company.
This acquisition marks Intune’s entry into Alabama and expands the company’s footprint to 19 clinics operating across four states, further strengthening its growing presence throughout the Southeast. Terms were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 13th Rehabilitation acquisition of the year. There were 49 Rehabilitation deals reported throughout the entirety of 2025. This is also Intune’s third transaction of 2026; it acquired Epic Physical Therapy in January and Spero Rehab in March.
