Smile Partners USA, backed by Silver Oak Services Partners, announced that it completed its fourth partnership of the year with the purchase of Favia Family Dental.
Favia Family Dental is a dental practice located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. According to its website, the practice has two providers on staff.
Smile Partners USA is a management support organization based in Troy, Michigan. The company offers back-office resources and services to independent private dental practices and boutique group practices throughout Michigan, Georgia, Illinois and Alabama.
This partnership brings Smile Partners USA’s total office count to 124 across the nation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this represents the 143rd Physician Medical Group (PMG) acquisition of 2026, and the 62nd in the dental specialty. Dental, so far, accounts for nearly 11% of the 556 healthcare deals that have been announced since the start of the year. There were 521 PMG deals reported in 2025, including 252 in the dental market.
