On March 24, Smile Partners USA announced that it was expanding its presence in Georgia with the acquisition of Atlanta Endodontics.
Atlanta Endodontics, based out of one Atlanta, Georgia location, provides the full scope of endodontic services. It has three doctors on staff: Dr. Slosberg, Dr. Kanter and Dr. Cohen.
Smile Partners USA is a management support organization backed by Silver Oak Services Partners. The company offers back-office resources and services to premier, independent private dental practices and boutique group practices throughout Michigan, Georgia, Illinois and Alabama.
The financial terms were not disclosed. This marks Smile Partners USA’s second transaction of the year. In January, Smile Partners purchased Solon Smiles, a four-physician group in Solon, Ohio alongside the acquisition of Mentor Smiles, a three-physician practice based in Mentor, Ohio. In 2025, the company announced nine transactions and six in 2024.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 134th Physician Medical Group (PMG) acquisition of 2026, and the 57th in the dental specialty. Dental, so far, accounts for nearly 27% of the 520 healthcare deals that have been announced since the start of the year. Throughout 2025, 521 PMG deals were reported, and 252 in the dental market. This also marks the third dental practice in Georgia to be sold in 2026.
